Empowering Neurodivergent Professionals
We are dedicated to helping neurodivergent professionals thrive in their careers therefore we are running a fully funded training platform for neurodivergent individuals that are employed or live in the Kirklees area. Our training program offers a comprehensive approach to understanding how neurodiversity impacts the workplace and provides practical strategies for effective management.
Learn how to implement tools and techniques that minimise challenges and enhance productivity, while navigating disclosure, legalities, and the DWP Access to Work scheme. You do not require a medical diagnosis to be eligible, you can be self diagnosed or suspecting.
Training for employees is 4 mornings and for employers is 2 mornings.
Training can take place at The Media Centre, Huddersfield, your location (if you have a small group or via Teams)
